The Town of Clover Comprehensive Plan is in two parts:
Part One is the product of a group of volunteers who did research, conducted interviews and a written survey, and held three public meetings where everyone was invited to contribute to a vision of what they want Clover to look like over the next 20 years. The Future Land Use Map defines what the ideal use of the land would look like.
Part Two contains background, statistics, and other background information intended to support land use and other decisions in the Town of Clover.
